Location: Sydney/Melbourne

At INGRITY, we help businesses become data and AI smart. As our Director of Data & Analytics, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing high-impact data strategies while scaling our business. You will lead the design and delivery of modern data platforms and AI solutions for top-tier clients, working in close collaboration with Microsoft, Google, Snowflake and Databricks.

We’re looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial leader - someone with a strong business development track record, deep technology solutioning experience, and a proven ability to deliver complex data projects that create real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technology Strategy & Solutioning: Architect and lead the delivery of end-to-end data and AI solutions, with deep expertise across technology platforms
  • Complex Project Delivery: Oversee the execution of large-scale, technically complex data initiatives - ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and quality standards
  • Business Development: Drive solution-led sales efforts with strong consulting skills and experience to grow existing accounts, and identify new business opportunities across a variety of industries
  • Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, guiding them through data modernization, AI Strategy, AI Governance and AI adoption journeys
  • Strategic Leadership: Help define and execute INGRITY’s broader data and AI vision, contributing to service development, innovation, and go-to-market strategies
  • Team Building & Leadership: Mentor, lead, and grow a multidisciplinary onshore and offshore team of data engineers, scientists, and consultants
  • Partnerships: Collaborate closely with Hyperscaler's and Technology partners to co-create innovative solutions and joint value propositions
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies to ensure INGRITY remains at the forefront of the data and AI space

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in delivering complex, enterprise-grade data solutions: 
  • Working  knowledge of Azure, GCP, Snowflake and Databricks and other relevant modern data tools
  • Strong technical architecture and solutioning background, with the ability to lead end-to-end data platform initiatives
  • Proven track record in business development and solution sales, with an extensive network of clients, partners, and industry stakeholders across consulting and professional services
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native data architectures, lakehouse models, data governance, and advanced analytics
  • Exceptional client engagement, communication, and advisory skills—particularly with senior stakeholders
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping clients become truly data- and AI-smart
